The aim of the site is to support sharing of information and to facilitate people making contact with others to share examples of good use of information to support healthcare delivery. We want you to share but with any information there are certain conditions that need to be agreed to and adhered to.
It is necessary to be logged in to submit an example. The NHS Scotland eLibrary manages user accounts for users outwith Scotland as well as within.
By submitting an example to the site you are agreeing to the following statements and the general terms and conditions of the e-Library as detailed below.
• This example is an account of my own experience and knowledge or the person owning this experience/observation has given me permission to submit it to the Using Information-Improving Healthcare website.
• If I am submitting an example on behalf of someone else they have given me permission to enter their name and e-Library user ID on the submission form. If they do not have an e-Library user account they have given me permission to open an account on their behalf.
• To my knowledge there is no infringement of copyright or intellectual property rights with the submission of this example.
• The example contains no reference to named recipients of healthcare.
• The example is not derogatory to any person nor organisation.
